    in httpd.conf, set up the virtual host container with the
    relevant "php_admin_flag" and "php_admin_values" that you
    want. user will not be able to change them then.

    we have a client which needs to have AuthConfig All (also options)
    for his config. That's more or less ok with us. The problem is,
    we don't want him to disable php safe mode or php openbasedir settings,
    which we defined.
    how do you isp folks solve this?
