    Richard,
    Change your servers to primary. (Since they really are, they should be
    anyway). That has the added advantage of providing your customers a
    queuing service in the event that their mail server is down (You mail
    servers will queue the mail until they come back on line)

    You mention that you have multiple servers. That's good. Give them the
    same MX priority. Also, if you can put them on different backbones,
    that's even better.
