    DWMail

    http://www.dominion-web.com/products/dwmail/

It's fairly lightweight (similar requirements to Squirrel), and uses a
MySQL backend (if required) for it's calendaring and contact list
functions. I use it in several environments with fairly large volumes of
users, and it performs well, looks nice, and is easy to
    configure/manage. One thing - I've had problems using a windows-based
iMail IMAP server with it, but I put this down to iMail being quite poor
in it's IMAP support more than anything else - it works perfectly with
Courier, and I've heard it works perfectly with Cyrus and UW as well.
DWMail costs, but it is fairly cheap (sub-100GBP), and the support
provided is excellent, if you need it.
