em0 overrun and acpi_bus_number

Hi all

my freebsd 6.0 has kernal panic and reboot after
connecting to the network about 4 minutes. The box is
running quagga: (zebra and bgpd) as router

but the box was fine before when upgrading port tree
and configuring the zebra and bgpd

I check the log file. there was em0 RX overrun and
acpi_bus_number: can't get _ADR

What are those errors?

Thank you for your help
