Freebsd + pppoe + radius

Hello,
I am running freebsd with pppoe to authenticate our adsl customers. Everything is working ok but
it seems adsl customers disconnect quite often. Some stay online longer than others, etc.
The connect-disconnect process is quite fast and therefore customers hardly notice. However
this has cause problem with our radius server as it seems the server doesn't send a stop packet
when a user disconnect.
This results in many stale sessions on our radius server.
Appreciate any help.
