hi,
even though i am not emma ...
Quoting Rosario de la Guardia <rosariodelaguardia@xxxxxxxxxxx>:
[Tue Oct 16 17:15:00 2007] [notice] Accept mutex: flock (Default: flock)
[Tue Oct 16 17:18:17 2007] [error] [client 123.456.7.8] File does not
exist: /Library/WebServer/Documents/favicon.ico
1) the IP adress is obviously wrong ... or do you have a different ip stack than the rest of the world? :-)
2) i am pretty shure that you simply have no favicon.ico in your webroot. many browser request if, if it is there they show it in your browsers tabs. this is no error itsekf, it is perfectly ok when you have no such file.
I had experienced this problem in the past, as a result edited the
httpd.conf file: ServerName to localhost. This corrected most of the
problem only the :
[Tue Oct 16 17:18:17 2007] [error] [client 123.456.7.8] File does not
exist: /Library/WebServer/Documents/favicon.ico
type error persisted.
not shure if you are on the right track there ...
A speedy response would be appreciated.
greets
lenz
