FreeBSD based bandwidth manager, traffic shaper

Hello All,
I am looking high performance bandwidth manager, traffic shaper for IP core network to configure leased line, xDSL, Ethernet, GPON/EPON, wireless subscribers.
Is there any FreeBSD based solution?
