Plesk 8.2.1 ... anyone?

Has anyone managed to get it installed / working? It looks like everything
installs over here, but I'm not getting a /usr/local/etc/rc.d/psa script, nor
is anything being auto-started like the docs say, so *something* is missing ...
I just can't figure out what yet ...
