You have at least two options - watching log files on your mail server comes
to mind almost immediately. logwatch (spelling?) or something similar
analysis tool could be good for this job and could detect more anomalies as
well. For SORBS specifically, second option is just put simple script to
perform DNS queries and report result...
Nothing too complicated, if you could do some scripting...
