    Not a damn thing. Anyone who has the temerity to post to an email list
    or put an address on a website gets these. So far, I haven't noticed
    being blacklisted because of them - perhaps the blacklisters have the
    sense to notice that the From doesn't match the Received headers. If
    the volume gets too high, procmail is your friend.
