    /var/log/ppp.log only contains lines like: Nov 15 23:53:15 MyHost
    /kernel: ppp configured!
    Yes '#!/bin/sh' is on the top of the file.
    I have also added the following lines to the script:

    echo " ppp is up!!!"
    echo " ppp is up!" >> ip-up.log

    But no sign :-(

    I've tried 0555 too, but no luck :-(
    My owner is root:wheel, yours?
    Are you using the "noauth" or "persist" pppd options too?
