    A couple of days ago, I found one of the best discussions I've seen that
    describes FreeBSD from a Linux user's point of view. It leans certainly
    toward FreeBSD, but gives Linux a very fair shake. Describes philosophy,
    release process, development process, the base system, and ports vs RPMs.
