    On the Nvidea site you can get the newest drivers for FreeBSD(yes they
    even have freebsd drivers) and they come with a good instruction.

    Yes, I downloaded the drivers from NVIDIA for FreeBSD. I was having problems
    with them.

    Hope this help, I got my GF Ti4600 working with those drivers. I didn't
    bother with the drivers in the ports

    The drivers are not in the ports, save for the "nv" driver. But, in any
    case, I do not have access to Internet, so, I couldn't use the ports.
