Boot problems

    I have a Sun system (Intel based), and I installed freeBSD 5.1.x on it.
    There are times the system boots up fine, and sometimes it can't find
    the harddrives. It has a dual SCSI hardrives with Adaptec Controller.
    Anyone have this problem before?
