pkg_add -r only try to fetch in Latest directory

    Hi,
          why pkg_add -r only try to fetch in Lastest directory? Here
    there is less packages than All difectory and this makes than pkg_add
    faills sometimes.
    Could I configure it to look first in lastest direcotry and then into All.
