No impact on CPU interrupts (still 12-14%) and, if anything, its
actually slightly decreased my thoroughput (hovering at 47Mbps instead
of 50Mbps+)
I've been suggested a custom thttpd package and some more sysctl's
offlist. I'm going to try those in a second.
