    add your machine's dns name to httpd.conf like:

    ServerName server01.mydomain.com

    and also maybe add an entry for it in your /etc/hosts file like:

    203.203.202.55 server01.mydomain.com server01

    if that doesn't solve things, i'm not sure what will :)
