My scroll wheel on my mouse won't work!!

            Hi all. I got a microsoft optical mouse with a scroll wheel in it
    and everything on it works great...except the wheel. I can't get KDE to
    do anything with the wheel. How do I setup my mouse daemon to use my
    scroll wheel? Much apreciated on the info.
