I hope I did not miss anything about CPAN changing or something but the
behaviour I see here is not normal, or is it?
cpan> force install Mail::SpamAssassin
Running install for module Mail::SpamAssassin
The module Mail::SpamAssassin isn't available on CPAN.
Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is
temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out
more about the status. Try 'i Mail::SpamAssassin'.
