mailman question

    sorry for newbie question:

    cd /usr/ports/mail/mailman
    make MAIL_GID=mail install clean

    httpd.conf:
        Options ExecCGI
        ScriptAlias /mailman "/usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin"
        Alias /pipermail "/usr/local/mailman/archives/public"

    but still permission denied:
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /mailman/listinfo on this server.

    [Mon Jan 31 12:00:17 2005] [error] [client 2001:d30:3:100:207:e9ff:fe42:2c79] client denied by server configuration: /usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin/listinfo

    any clues ?
