Although there is a small *possibility* that some bug has managed to
sneak in to RELENG_4 that is not present in RELENG_4_11, you should
contrast this to the *fact* that there are bugs which has been fixed in
RELENG_4, but which has not been - and will not be - fixed in
    RELENG_4_11.

That being said, in terms of security there is probably no difference
whatsoever between RELENG_4 and RELENG_4_11 and going back to
RELENG_4_11 from RELENG_4 for security reasons is mostly just a waste
    of time and energy.
