Making FreeBSD 5.4-Release to FreeBSD 5.4-stable

    Hi,
             I how can I convert upgarde my FreeBSD 5.4-Relase to FreeBSD 5.4-Stable. I read the handbook, but things goes bouncer from my head.
     
    Can some one put in simple and exact steps.
