How much memory is a jail using ... ?

Is there an easy way to do this? I know I can find out what processes are running in a jail by looking at /proc/*/status ,but none of the fields appear to relate to memory used by that process ... so, I'm guessing I should be able to 'read' one of the other fiels in the procfs directory for this?
Thanks ...
