Subscription problems

It appears that the IP that mx2.freebsd.org now uses was in SpamCop's
DNSBL between approx 21:00 PST 11/18 to approx. 17:10 PST 11/19.
My system rejected mail from mx2.freebsd.org based on the DNSBL
entry during that time.
Despite those bounces, emails from freebsd's mailman service and
postmaster@ show that I am still subscribed. I have now whitelisted
mx2.freebsd.org in my /etc/mail/access database.
While I am still receiving traffic on freebsd-mobile, I have
not seen any digests from freebsd-questions or freebsd-stable
for about 36 hours now.
Is this problem local to me or remote?
Thanks!
Jim
