I had a few problems with the bge card before 6.1 fixed some bugs.
I would go with the em cards if given a choice. Intel develops their
own drivers for the em cards, I don't believe that Broadcom does the
same for their bge cards. I believe that bge is a third party effort,
and while they do an extraordinary job, they don't have the same
"inside knowledge" that intel has when they develop their em cards.
