FreeBSD process STATES and their meanings

Does anyone have a small list with biref descriptions of what each value in the STATE column in top represent. e.g sbwait, kserel, nanslap, select, piperd, etc... I once saw one in the achieves, but I am unable to find it again.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
