Did @freebsd.org lists start taking the "reject for X minutes" to
everyone approach and I missed it ?
Also, it doesn't seem to always happen. Saturday, test@xxxxxxxxxxx did
this too, but just now 01:00 America/Los_Angeles it didn't it just
accepted it outright.
