upgrading for cups-base 1.3.0

First time when I try to update caps-base didn't succeed, then I unchecked flag (and don't know why) "Build with GNUTLS Library" and left only one "Build PYTHON suport" after that, everything was good, last night was updated to 1.3.0 and tonight to 1.3.0_1, now, is that flag, GNUTLS is going to hunt me down later or.....?
