Hello,

I have bsnmpd enabled in rc.conf

root@lama ~ 501$ grep ^b /etc/rc.conf
bsnmpd_enable="YES"
root@lama ~ 502$

yet, whenever I restart my computer, it won't start on boot, but if I
run manual command

/etc/rc.d/bsnmpd start

it starts fine no problem

If I were you, I would first have a look at that startup script just to see what exactly it is that it's doing.
