libxul requiers libiconv
libiconv requires libxul
libiconv does not require libxul AFAICT.
i have WITH_GECKO=libxul in make.conf
That is likely what is causing your problems.
Remove that line and see if things work better.
i'm using FreeBSD 8.0-stable.
