    Hi stable

    After having a look at what ISC did on bind9 for the latest .com and .net
    wild char responses, I have mimicked what they did in bind8.
    Basically they will only accept NS and SOA records for the TLD.
    Sorry but the TLD's I check are not configurable but fixed to .com and .net
