geli password prompt does not work

Hi,

my /usr/home is a geli-partition. It always worked fine.
Today I compiled a fresh kernel and after the password
prompt nothing moves anymore. The system seems to be in
a frozen state (I cannot enter the password,
Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing).

The kernel configuration is GENERIC.

The last known working kernel version was:
FreeBSD 6.1-PRERELEASE #0: Thu Mar 2 00:54:06 CET 2006

Martin
