en_GB.UTF-8 locale

Hi,
I have problems using this locale. As far as I know, it should be valid,
but programmes like Perl of Firefox complain that it doesn't exist.
I have FreeBSD 6.1 and I set it through .login_conf together with
charset parameter.
The Perl problem looks like this:
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "en_GB.UTF-8"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
What am I supposed to do to make it work?
