Might be your memory. Many random reboots are a sign of bad memory.

You can test your memory with memtest: http://www.memtest.org/
Just run it for several hours, if this does not give any errors it's not your
memory.

Only drawback of memtest is that you have to take your server offline and insert
the memtest boot floppy or iso.
