7B4 scheduling question

Greetings,
I realize that the answer to this question is subject to many
possible variables. But I would greatly apreciate a ventured guess
from anyone willing to do so.
Question being: Is ULE considered the best sceduler in 7-CURRENT?
If not, what might be considered the best?

FWIW this is for a SMP board (2 CPU's)
