Try this instead:
http://people.freebsd.org/~jhb/patches/btx_real.patch
On 7.0-stable:
root@kg-i82# uname -a
FreeBSD kg-i82.kg4.no 7.0-STABLE FreeBSD 7.0-STABLE #1: Sun Mar 2
01:18:27 CET 2008 root@xxxxxxxxxxxxx:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/I81K i386
The first hunk fails, see attached file.
I have btx.S revision:
* $FreeBSD: src/sys/boot/i386/btx/btx/btx.S,v 1.44 2006/12/06 17:45:35

Is the patch supposed to work on that one?
It fails when building:
root@kg-i82# cd /usr/src/sys/boot/i386
root@kg-i82# make
===> mbr (all)
===> pmbr (all)
===> boot0 (all)
===> boot0sio (all)
===> btx (all)
===> btx/btx (all)

Any hints on how to fix it?
