[HPADM] A500 and Support Plus CD

Good Afternoon Admins.
I am trying to run some basic tests on an A500 using the Support Plus CD for 11.0. I went throught the boot up and all just fine. When I arrive at ODE, I can run tests such as DISKUTIL2, etc. that require no password. When I try to run something like MEM2 or WDIAG, and the passowrd prompt comes up, I use what I thought was the standard "FALCON" password.
The result is "Entered password is not recognized, status = 530, try again."
I've never seen this before in any Support Plus testing instances. Anyone have an answer? TIA
