Sorry about this posting but I just find out that I didn't activate the
codeword supplied by HP to activate the software. The Applications CD I
used to install was already unlocked for the ANSI/C bundle so I was able
to install but it copied only 0 byte binaries to the /opt/ansic/ directory.
rgds,
Peter
Hi,
\
I've searched the archive to if I missed out on something when
installing the ANSI/C developers bundle but can't really find anything
related to configure the ANSI/C after installation.
I've installed the bundle and got /opt/ansic/ created along with
/opt/langtools.
It autmatically changed the sym.link to point /usr/bin/cc to
/opt/ansic/bin/cc
Now whenever I call cc nothing is returned I get the prompt back
immediately.
I've got the feeling I have to do some more configuration but can't find
any related docs.
Any Help appreciated.
Peter
