[HPADM] Lan0 problems on old E45 server HP-UX 11.0

    Hi All,

    I'm hoping some one can help me. I've got an old e45 server. I've
    re-installed the machine, together with the support plus CD which includes
    the Hardware Enablement bundles. I can ping the loopback and I can ping the
    IP I gave the server from the server. The problem I have is that I can ping
    any hosts on the network, and no hosts can ping the machine. HP-UX even
    senses when I remove the network cable which trying to ping a host.

    ifconfig lan0 shows that the interface is UP.

    Has anyone got any suggestions as to what to look for?
