Thank you for all the responses. Here is one of the first ones I got.
This helped me out.
Thanks

Larry,
For the users, there is now way to "export" and then "import" them on
the new box. You'll need to copy/merge passwd and group files, copy
home directories and tcb directories (if applicable).
For the printers, you can create an export file (via sam or
"/usr/sam/lbin/lpadmin -s -xsavedir=/var/sam/lp") and import that file
(once you've copied the dir) on the new box (via sam or
"/usr/sam/lbin/lpadmin -R"). HP says this isn't "supported" but we use
it every day to sync 2200 printers from on hp-ux box to 12 others.

Admins,
I currently have a K2xx class box running 10.20. I just
received a new L2000 with 11.00 and need to move over all the users and
printers. Is there a way that I can take all the users and printers
from the old box and import them to the new box? Thank you in advance
for your help.
Larry
