I am having a problem mounting a file system. I keep getting the following
error when I run the mount command. Any ideas on what might be causing it? I
have already run fsck on it and it has come back as clean. Thanks in
    advance, will summarize.

    jenz2:/tmp/dr_files/smo # mount /home/carsids/mckenna
    vxfs mount: I/O error
    vxfs mount: cannot mount /dev/vg01/lvol25
    jenz2:/tmp/dr_files/smo #
