[HPADM] stale lvol

    I now see that my problematic lvol is stale and that is part of why it has
    issues. How can I fix it so that the extents are no longer stale? I "think"
    this might help my cause. 4 days of disaster recovery and I don't see the
    end of the tunnel yet. Thanks to everyone who's helped me out so far.
