[HPADM] French keyb & mozilla under HP-UX 11.00

Hi all,
I use french keyboard under HP-UX 11.00 (USB_PS2_DIN_French_Euro in file /etc/kbdlang).
In dtterm, I could type ~`^@# by combining with key Alt-Gr, but I can't do that in Mozilla 1.4,
xchat 1.8.7,... I don't know how to config that.
Any ideas for help me ?
