Hi List,
I want to replace a string in a user file directory (3000+ users). The file
name is the same (month.log) but the content is different. 'Sed' is not
working for me because I have to redirect to different file name.
I'd like to replace 'blue' with 'red' in file 'month.log' in 3000+ users
directories. All users are under /home directory. How do I do this. Thanks
for your help.
Ben
