    Thank you John for this tip. This was exactly what needed to be done. Now
    when I go into SAM the parameters now show up. Definitely one for the
    knowledge base.

    Try simply touching th efile (#touch /stand/.kmsystune_lock)
    and re-running SAM
     
    If this doesn't work, try this:

    exit sam
    #mv /var/sam/boot.config /tmp
    #ls -l /stand/.kmsystune_lock (verify its existence; if not there, touch it
    as in #1)
    #getkinfo -b (to rebuild /var/sam/boot.config).
    #re-run SAM

    When I run SAM and try to look at Kernel-> Configurable Parameters, I get a
    screen that is completely blank. None of the parameters show up, but they
    did show up a few weeks ago. When I run kmtune to try and get a list, I get
    the error below:
    kmtune: Cannot open file -- /stand/.kmsystune_lock
    Has anyone seen this before and if so, how do you fix it?
