[HPADM] http inquiries to windows 2003 are very slow

Hi Admins,
We've got a Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6.0. All HTTP webserver
inquiries from HP-UX boxes to the Windows 2003 server are very
very slow.
I've made tests with the wget utility from different clients (hp-ux,
linux) to different webservers (windows nt, windows 2003). There are no
problems with HP-UX clients and NT Server. Only HTTP requests to Windows
2003 are slow. FTP transfers are as fast as expected.
Any advices ?
