    Hi Techs

    I am using OpenCall 2.0. Initially it was having two links on two E1s to the
    Adjascent Point Code. . I have upgraded it to 4 links on same two E1s but
    when additional two links were activated using HPSS7RMON, the last link is
    showing only Rx% usage. The Tx% usage is "0". If I deactivate all four links
    and reactivate again, irrespective of new/old links, the last links
    whichever is activated didn't carry any Tx% usage.. Any help?
