then what should be the option for this command. I used to give
make_recovery -AvCd /dev/rmt/0m. is '-a' option takes out /dev/rmt/0m which
is the default one?

Yes.(-a /dev/rmt/0mn).
But you will loose the feature of re-booting from the make_recovery rape.

is it possible to take ignite backup (make_recovery) to write to a file on
one of the filesystems instead of to tape drive?
