[HPADM] SAM on L2000

Does anyone know how I can add Users and Groups to my SAM menu on an L2000??
I have it as a sub-menu on my N4000, but it's not on my N4000. Is this a
module I can just add on there? For some reason just using modprpw isn't
allowing me to unlock accounts and I know that I can do this in SAM. Thanks
so much in advance.
