[HPADM] LDAP Error Configuration of the server(s) failed.

    Dear admins,

    I performed a installation of the SUN-ONE directory server 5.2 on a HPUX11.i
    server.

    The server is a cluster like enviroment.
    The directory server is instaled in a package enviroment

    The enviroment looks loike this:

    Server:
    server09.zone27.domain

    Package:
    package08.zone27.domain

    The softwae is installed on the package.
    As hostname I entered "package08.zone27.domain"

    The installation ended with a error:

    ERROR: Ldap authentication failed for url ldap://package.zone.domain:
    389/o=NetscapeRoot user id admin (151:Unknown error.)
    Fatal Slapd Did not add Directory Server information to Configuration
    Server.

    Configuration of the Directory Server failed.

    Error Directory Server configuration failure

    Checking connection to the Configuration Directory Server... done.

    Registering Administration Server with Configuration Directory Server...
    done.
    Loading Administration Server tasks... done.
    Loading global Administration Server configuration... done.
    Generating configuration files ... done.

    Configuration of the Administration Server succeeded.

    Administration Server will not be run during installation.
    Please start it by running
    /distr/package/sun-one/idir/52/start-admin command as ldap.

    Error Configuration of the server(s) failed.

    The ldap server however is running.

    Here is the statefile creates during the installation. I replaced my
    package, server, domain, ed with the words package, server, zone, domain.
